To his 19 years, Juan Carlos started his research with a project for the poultry industry which was to purify the water through a uv light. This project was purchased by american entrepreneur who developed the patent. Currently has presented six provisional patent in the united States.
Aerodesalinizador
The aerodesalinizador works transporting the brackish water into the storage tank, temporary and enters the filtering module slow where they remove pathogens and contaminants. Then the water still brackish, go to the module of pumping of wind force achieving sufficient pressure for later entry to the module for desalination of doping ion, here the water is released from the salt and conducted to the storage tank drinking water, which meets the international standards of quality for human consumption, certified by SGS Consumer Testing Services.
Currently the team has been built in scattered spots of la Guajira in Colombia, benefiting the indigenous communities of the sector.
Fluvitec
It is a plant of drinking water through vertical flow, developed to supply small communities (less than 500 inhabitants), which operates by gravity and which is used as the only source of energy is the Sun. By its structural design of vertical type, its operation is not affected by floods in the winter seasons.
Consists of a team of pumping activated by photovoltaic energy, which takes the ground or surface water and the lift to the upper section of the metal structure, causing it to circulate through a filtering system of rising and falling FLAS, to be subsequently conducted to the tanks of slow filters, and finally be disinfected with ultraviolet light.
Mini PTAP
It is a small plant, drinking water treatment, single family, with filters in polypropylene of gravity and pressure. Their bed filtration feature with gravel and silica sand specially selected and sterilized for the retention of a high percentage of organic impurities, minerals and heavy metals, as well as particles in suspension, to give the water a filtration efficient. In addition to consists of a novel system of elements of degradation by “fluxión kinetic”, an element that is not consumed in the hydrolysis of the filters, reducing the majority of undesirable elements in the water.
The Mini PTAP is a team that has a useful life exceeding 15 years, maintenance is simple and economical in that it is carried out by means of backwashing. Not being a filter, it does not need replacement parts, cartridges, spark plugs or parts, and other technologies recambian periodically.
